Rain some more…

It rained today…all day. It was gushing off our roof, hitting the ground, rushing off, with a force..no soft rain, torrential. Ahh, Good. Now everyting is very green! And its humid. I’m not complaining…

WE can have a garden like this one:

It will have to be fenced in to keep the deer out..

Plus, an agave just down the way…I like them too.

I just love the looks of these plants…they intrigue me.

Tonight, I organized a happy hour with 4 new women who may potentially be friends…I hope so. They are each interesting and beautiful…we shared about how we each met our husbands and our weddings…that was something we all had in common…next time we meet, who knows? But we laughed and there were smiles and they want to do it again…and no one got tipsy…this is good. They wanted to hurry up and get home to watch stuff on TV…I told them we don’t watch TV much…that was OK.

Mom asked if I would be embarrassed to say I have a TV…not if I would be embarassed if I did NOT have a TV…she is quite perceptive…I told her that was a good question..I didn’t know what to say but that why would I be embarrassed over something that I had a choice in the matter…I just don’t know much about TV to say anything about it…truth be told, I don’t like it mostly. Haven’t for years…it bores me. Its a boob tube…I don’t like what it does to my mind…like a drug. Speaking of drugs, I had two margaritas…

I’m not sure if I can really say what I want to say on this blog…might offend people..I don’t know. What do you think? Any responses? If no one is reading this, maybe I can say what I want to say..who cares? I’m not going to get kicked out of anything, or flunked…I’ll have to think about it….later, because, tomorrow is another day.

Oh, I think that I WILL transfer my musings to this title, for long terms sake…just have to do it now. Being lazy.
